Day 121: Meditative Breathing
Yeah, I liked the hypnosis and meditation challenges so much that I've been looking up a little bit more about them and I found this thing called meditative breathing. For the most part, Its a whole lot like the hypnosis. You sit there listening to headphones while you relax. But this time, there was a repetitive drum beat and it was my job to breath in and out evenly over the count of four. So, my breathing is calm and slow, and this guy is talking me into a state of relaxation. It didn't work as well as the hypnosis challenge, but I did feel pretty relaxed after it was finished, but thats what happens when I lay down anyways.
