Day 306: Posture Practice

     I spend a fair amount of time on the computer, and my back and I are starting to feel the effects. I decided that I owed it to my health to improve my posture. A few videos I watched recommended some simple exercises and stretches for me to try. The big thing to remember is to stick your chest out and keep your shoulders back, at least that's what I keep hearing. I also keep hearing that a person's posture is one of the most overlooked aspects of our health. Here's a video of some good stretches if you wanna take a dabble.  Y.W.T.L.
